Well, it's either I'm not in the mood or I can't take Fitzgerald anymore (I honestly doubt that - I'm actually in the mood for some of his stories) or the book is really boring and pretentious; I have no idea. We need to part. I read half of it and it raised my interest 0.1 percent. Not enough, darling. I sincerely hope that in the second part something interesting happens to Amory, he seems a nice guy, well read and quite well educated, good looks and all the rest, but I'll throw up if I read one more page.
