I read the Waiter's blog
a few summers ago, I think he was just about to publish this book, I was hooked for a couple of weeks and then everything went into oblivion. Meanwhile, he kept writing his blog, he stopped waiting tables (I think! I need to catch up with his entries) and wrote another book.
I'm a sucker for dining out, restaurant business, cooking and food & wine basically. I've never tried waiting, though I would have liked to, but one thing's for sure: I rant about waiters, their manners and their speed. I'm not the best tipper but I'm not a jerk also, and if they're nice to me, I'm nice to them, as simple as that.
Steve's book has some funny inside stories, quite a few tips and tricks, and it's basically relaxing and summerish.
